We are back in the game - in a meaningful manner! Birders Twitter is still the very best birders talking about the very best of birding!

Listen again to S3E16 here:

The last two episodes have been, even by our standards, lacklustre. I think it’s important that we apologise for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I mean, you knew what you were signing up for. Peaks and troughs innit.

Anyway, we are back on track now with not one but two killer guests this evening. In what has to be the most momentous week in British birding ever?

We talk to Toby Phelps aka @phelpstoby1 who describes finding not one - but two back-to-back megas:

We then get an update from our Bardsey connection Steve Stansfield aka @bbfo_warden who describes ringing the UK’s first Black and White Warbler, then finding a Black and White Warbler just days later!

Jonny H (like the actual real Jonny H) joins us from Futerventura where he’s having a lovely family holiday with his best friend Marcus. Unbelievably Marcus is real and finds Sooonbills.

DDL joins us from the banks of the Thames and fresh off finding a Blyth’s Reed Warbler in dirty London. DDL might have been to Sweden?

We have a podcast too! There are two episodes up already!

Check us out on iTunes podcasts or Spotify. Leave a 5 star review and some witty or inflammatory comments - that’ll help us get better guests on in the future.

We also have UK250 merch and pin badges for sale. Check out UK Birding Pins!

Finally, skip school, bin off work, leave your husband - let’s all go west coast birding and find Yanks! Listen to the episode again here:
