An unusual turn of events - all team members are present and we’ve remembered to record the episode. Impressive. Listen again to Season 4 - Episode 6 here:

Birder’s Twitter remains the premier weekly birding broadcast. For birders by birders.

We want the listeners to jump in and improve our overall performance. All the best birders listen - we want to hear your chat. So feel free to hop on next week. We're having a festive special - which will be just like any other epiosde, except at Christmas.

Be sure to catch last week’s episode via the podcast:

Or if you're rolling on Apple - sniff here:

Leave a 5 star review and some witty comments on which ever platform you listen. Ideally both Spotify and Apple Podcasts. Plus grab your girl/ boyfriends phone and Mum's phone and do the same on there. As well as subscribing them.

Helpful reminder; last week's guest Seán is the man. Check out Sean's Zeno Canto >> HERE <<

ane be sure to follow Irish Wildlife Sound on Twitter.

Jonny H is luxuriating in family wide festive pyjamas:

Jonny R has seen Stonechat, Common Snipe and no Jack Snipe and is hoping to catch up with the Norwegian ringed Black-headed Gull over Diss:

DDL is on commission with eBird and mentions them 80 times.

Jonny H has been work birding and smashing patch, including Whooper Swans, Jack Snipe and 155 Stock Dove!

Flyover Whooper Swans - Jonny H ©

We’ve all seen Waxwings - but haven’t found any ourselves.

DDL is in the UAE with ‘friends’. Watching Amur Falcon, flocks of Kestrel and some other showy off stuff.

Cool MOTUS record at Dunge:

DDL talks about Eastern Black Redstarts - not Eastern Black-eared Wheatear.

Jonny R explains what copulating means.

There’s shit loads of Cattle Egret down the south-west:

UAE Little Grebes have white trailing edge to the wing and some have white eyes and DDL has looked at a Great Black-backed Gull.

The weekend of 13th and 14th January we are going to descend on Frampton Marsh - Birder’s Twitter TAKEOVER!

Get it touch if you want to star on next week’s Birder’s Twitter episode.
